

At FIFO Fit Co, we know first hand the unique challenges that come with working FIFO, DIDO and remote mining roles across Australia—because we’ve lived them. With over a decade of combined FIFO experience across 15 different sites in both civil and mining, we understand how tough it can be to get proper nutrition and stick to a fitness routine when you’re away from home.
We know the limited food choices, the temptation to eat whatever is easiest (or most repetitive), and the reality of site gyms with minimal equipment or machines that are always busy. We’ve worked a range of rosters, including even time, 2/1, and 3/1, so we know the impact that shift work and long hours can have on your health and motivation.
Our team brings together real-world FIFO knowledge, with over a decade in hands-on coaching, a background in the military, and 20 years on our own personal fitness journey. We’re committed to helping you make the most of your time on site and at home.
